Performed Precision AC Tune Up on the Main Air Handler and the Meeting Room Air Handler which are supplied by the Chiller System. Replaced the 8 - 20x25x2 Air Filters for the Main Air Handler and the 2 - 16x25x2 Air Filters for the Meeting Room Air Handler. Checked Condition of Blower Belts and adjusted the Tension on the Main Air Handler Blower Belt. Put Systems in operation and checked Cold Water Supply and Return Temperatures on both Systems. Checked Pneumatic Control Panel and Gauge Pressures. Inspected the Air Compressor. The Air Compressor may need to be filled with Lubrication Oil and the Air Filter needs to be cleaned/replaced. Will review manufacturer specifications and follow up if needed. System is operating to standards at this time.
