Performed 8 ac outdoor units and 7 air handlers tuneups, two systems are twin, check electrical low and high ok flushed drain test pump check split ok replace all filters, check outdoor unit pressures r22 ok capacitors and control cycle units ok for unit number #2 found condenser fan motor seized and open run capacitor quoted for repairs customer ok installed new fan motor and new run capacitor test and cycle unit ok all splits units currently are in working condition, We will return some time next week to perform all rooftop systems check ups, Replace condenser fan motor for unit number #2
