Found relief valve blew off at water heater due to failed pressure reducing valve for house water main. Removed pipe off of relief valve from water heater and found that the relief valve had blown off into the pan. Will replace pressure reducing valve and re check water pressure after installation. 9-20-19 Luis and Zach removed old pressure reducing valve for the main water entrance and installed new pressure reducing valve check for water flow after Installation and check water pressure ok, pressure is set to 52 psi check all faucets good flow
