Found no surge protection on ecm blower motor. Installed surge protector. Also performed precision heat tune up on amana heat pump system. Checked 16x20x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Heat pump is working fine at time of service. Also homeowner mentioned that she runs out of hot water sometimes while using the shower. Water heater is a 50 gallon electric, recommended installing a tank booster to help with hot water issue. 1/23/20. Installed tank booster on water heater. Checked for leaks. Adjusted to 120 degrees coming out of kitchen faucet and turned up both heating Elements on water heater , had abou 18 amps drawling on each element.
