Returned to site due to Boiler not running. Spoke with technical support about issues. Removed and disassembled Burner. Installed a new Burner Assembly and went through manufacturer specs to adjust position of Flame Rod and the complete assembly. Cleared all tubing lines to ensure there were no obstructions. Reassembled Burner Assembly. Measured Gas Pressure for Pilot and main burner, and adjusted to manufacturer specifications. Adjusted Airflow Damper and performed Combustion Analysis on Boiler. Measured Readings on the Flame Signal to verify that it was detecting the flame correctly. Cycled Boiler multiple times and adjusted Air Damper. Adjusted settings on several controls in the control Panel for the system.
