Went over the removal and re installation of baseboard heat with customer. Found that in kitchen area it would be better to completely remove old section of base board, and re install a new 4 ft piece of baseboard in kitchen area. Downstairs in the drum room area, baseboard could be temporarily removed and capped off until new walls are built to re install exsisting baseboard with pipes now running behind 2 new finished walls. Also talked to customer about adding a supply to basement from exsisting high velocity. There are no closets to go through so only could be installed by chasing out supply run with dry wall. Also told homeowner that we could also look at installing a mini split for the basement area. Homeowner will get back to us on there decision.
