Performed precision heat tune up on Gibson gas furnace. Replaced very dirty 16x25x1 air filter. Found inline drain assembly nub for drain broken off. Called distributer for price and availability. Blew out condensate drain. Temporary placed drain hose up against drain assembly till we can come back and replace. Lot of rust inside from this leaking for a while. Also found burners very rusted on the end recommended we replace those also. Homeowner is considering replacing entire system in the spring. Checked gas pressure and performed combustion test. Gas furnace is working at time of service. Found 2†drain assembly drain nub broken off flush. Need 2 2†45s and 2 feet of 2†pipe. 11/21/19. Installed new inline drain assembly. Re- worked vent exahaust pipe to adapt to new drain assembly. Checked for leaks.
