Pumped down existing heat pump. Removed old air handler and media filter. Installed new Amana air handler and brazed in with nitrogen. Reconnected low volt and high volt wiring. Installed new hydronic coil and propressed in. Purged air from loop. Installed new ez trap and condensate pump and wired safteys to break r. Fabricated plenum and sealed ductwork. Pressure tested to 300 and evacuated down to 167 microns. Released refrigerant and had to remove some to achieve proper sub cooling. Tested system in cooling and heating. Found broken outdoor txv in heating mode. Will contact customer about repair. Tested hot water coil. Tested pump. System working well at time of install besides od txv.
