Performed heat pump tune up, replaced air filter, check blower cap and motor ok, coil is dirty, test back up heat ok, check temp rise ok, check rooftop unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and motor, motor cap ok compressor running just below amp rating 14 rated running at 12 amps, as stated on last year tune up, system is very inefficient and system goes off on high head sometimes due to to indoor coil being dirty, tried to clean coil last time, but did not had good success, as right now pressures are ok, also electric heat back is expected to run more often than normal from now on, system should be replaced
