Checked no heat complaint, found thermostat blank,, checked air handler, found 60 amp breaker tripped, found surge protector burner up, found a soldered on fuse blown on main control board. Jumped out fuse and checked amp draw, pulling 5 amps on a 3 amp circuit. Also found blower motor head burnt up. Thermostat, motor and control board are ordered can’t diagnose if further damage was done there may be additional repairs and charges.3/8/21. Installed new indoor control board, motor, and thermostat. Replaced blown ecm surge protector. After replacing these parts found thermostat kept rebooting. Found bad older 24 v relay for back up generator. Replaced, now everything came on. Outdoor heat pump board appears ok. Checked temperature rise is 22 degrees. Heat pump is back up in operation. Reme air scrubber is working ok. Connected gateway to thermostat was not working properly. Homeowner is going to wait and see if app connects.
