Customer has two systems, first and second floor, second flooor thermostat showing no power, found switch turned off at top of stairs, check wiring on thermostat noticed thermostat has no common connected, test second floor ac unit check supply and return air 70/51 would recommend service plan on both units so we can perform tune up, so both units are working with manufacture standards. Customer will think about service plan
