My wife and I were devastated that our AC went on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. On Tuesday we were informed our system was done. Although we could have requested just the AC it was pointed out that the heating system was the same age. Had I not dealt with Joe for these many years I probably would have assume he was just up selling me. Rather I knew he has never done that before. Back to installation, which was accomplished on Friday. Later follow to be sure everything was set up correctly, assured us that things (AC) was running correctly. In all happy to continue to deal with Joe.
