Found after going over System checked refrigerant pressures, 410a pressures were 225/112 at 64 degrees. Also checked temperature split, found temperature split to be 20 degrees which is good. Also checked to see if any water damage was done to the duct work or system itself, found no water damage to duct work or equipment. After looking over System found that where we capped off the the return duct, there was still a few returns we had missed to include during installation. This is not helping the thermostat active temperature. Thermostat is set to 70 degrees and is only achieving 76 degrees. Now at this point there is de- humidifiers running and creating extra heat in the house to dry out from water leak. We will need to return and reconnect these returns with panning in order to create more draw on the first floor.
