Homeowner was informed from Pest Control Technician earlier today that the Insulation in the Crawl Space was falling down. Inspected Crawl Space area and found Insulation across the entire crawl space was torn and fallen. Insulation appears to be in poor condition. Referred homeowner to GreenSky Energy if she is interested in repairing/replacing Insulation. Due to issue the previous day with the Mini Splits not turning on, tested units to ensure they were working properly. No issues at this time.
