Water leak, found one side of trap leaking elbow 90degree 3/4 pic fitting, replace fitting with new 90 degree and clean out tee 3/4 pvc fitting, flushed drain no leaks, informed customer no charge for today’s visit, courtesy on today’s repairs, Price to install new 50 gallon electric water heater, with new pan and water sensor, also we will install an expansion tank tee needed, we will dispose old tank, new water hester comes with 6 year tank/parts 2 year labor installation schedule for 5/28/19
