Customer is experiencing high humidity levels, check ac operation supply and return air 15 degrees split, outdoor heat pump is two ton with variable speed 3 ton air handler, check airflow settings and found indoor unit to be set to 1350, set air handler to 800 cfm. Now system delta differential is 22F.....System is set up for three zones, areal zoning with April aire dampers, zoning is not set up right, would recommend taking zoning panel and dampers and installed prestige thermostat with room sensor.
