Found both indoor heads flashing a single flash. Code is a u4 error code which means ( signal transmission error between indoor and outdoor units). Reset power and tested out system in cooling mode. Hooked up gauges and found pressure to be Only 36 psi. As the system ramped up it did come up to about 115 psi. System took about 15 minutes to fully ramp up to full capacity. No more errors at this time and getting a 22 degree temp split. At this point both indoor heads are cooling, told homeowner how to reset breaker if issue occurs again but to let us know.
