Service call that the one of the Gas Furnaces for the Home was not working properly. Upon arrival found the First Floor Unit was not to Temperature but the Second Floor Unit was to Temperature. Found the First Floor Unit was running but was blowing Cold Air. Also found that the Auxilary Pan for the Second Floor Unit was full of Water. Began troubleshooting the First Floor Unit and found that the Limit Switch for the Burner Box was missing and the wiring was not connected to anything. This was causing the Furnace to think that a Limit Safety had opened and was causing the Fan to continually run. Called Manufacturer to get rating for the Limit Switch. Spoke with Jane who gave approval for the pricing to replace the Limit Switch. Also informed Jane of issue with the Second Floor System. Water was leaking from the Drain Tubing. Installed Clamps onto the Drain Tubes to seal and put system back in operation. The Went to Supply House to pick up the Limit Switch for the First Floor System.
