Service call that both the First Floor and Second Floor Systems were not operating. The First Floor Thermostat was calling for Cooling but the Indoor Temperature was at 79 Degrees. The system was not running due to the Safety Interlock Switch on the Condensation Pump being tripped which shut power off to the unit. Found the Vinyl Tubing for the Pump was clogged. Cleared the Vinyl Tubing and System began operating again. Filled Pump multiple times and tested operation. Measured Refrigerant Charge and found System to be slightly low on Charge. System is still Cooling with a 18-19 Degree Temperature Split but the Superheat Levels are higher than normal indicating that the system is below the recommended refrigerant level. System was calling for a 19 Degree Superheat and was running at a 40 Degree Superheat. Second Floor System was running but was not cooling. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. The Compressor is running but is failing and is not pumping Refrigerant Through the system
