Arrived to the customers home with Joe so we can look over the system to see what we can do to resolve the issue. I first looked at the condition of the indoor coil and found good. Checked the blower speed and found good. We talked to Rick and we looked at the error code history and we had a b3 which is a high static in the system. We then checked are supply static and had a .12 are return placed between the blower and the coil we had a .9 static . We found the return for the system needs to be increased to help get the static down a .80 static will set off the b3 error on the blower which is causing our high pressure issues. For temporary we cut a pcs of duct out on the return to get he static down . No charge at this time. Joe will look into the return duct work.
