Site visit to take pictures of the disconnect boxes and locations of the outdoor units. Disconnect boxes were pulled away from the wall when they had it resided. Also, the unit closet to the wall was pushed over and is bumped up against the other unit. The unit closest to the wall is barely sitting on the snow legs since it was pushed over. The pads and snow legs are buried in the mulch. The Power Wires are accessible in the basement to make a junction and run longer length of wire to relocate the disconnect boxes. The wires in the basement do have some slack, but it probably wouldn’t be enough to move the disconnects. Took photos in the system and let the homeowner know we would follow up with him.
