Turned on outdoor heat pump. Found broken fan blade and motor bearings are bad. Called distributer for price and availability on outdoor fan motor, blade, and capacitor. Recommend to homeowner beacause of heat pump being 18 years old to think about replacing system. Also customer was having an issue in the winter time having ice build up and not defrosting. Also told homeowner we do not know if refrigerant charge is ok unit motor is replaced.set up appointment with bill for 7-9 pm .
