After checking over furnace found that there was no oil leaks around the furnace. Checked in the air stream with the combustion analyzer and was getting between 2 to 3 ppm carbon monoxide in the duct, told homeowner that the furnace is easily between 25 to 3o years old and just needs replaced at this point . Homeowner would like us to come out to give a quote on replacement
