Service call that the Heat was not working. Upon arrival, found the Heat was turned off. The Blower Motor Housing had been removed from the Furnace and was sitting in the bottom of the Furnace Cabinet. Turned the system on and the blower turned on, but was making a loud grinding/squealing noise. This is an indication that the Blower Motor is failing and the is beginning to seize internally. Removed the Blower Motor and installed a new 115V Replacement Blower Motor with a new Capacitor. Wired Motor into system for Heating and Cooling Fan Speeds. Tested operation of system in Heating and Cooling Mode to ensure proper operation of the Blower Motor.
