Service call that the AC was not working. Upon arrival found Air Handler was calling for 2nd Stage Cooling but the Outdoor Unit was not running. Outdoor Unit was on a 3 Red Flash No Yellow Fault Code. Hooked gauges up to system and found unit was completely flat on Refrigerant. Pressure tested system with 300 PSI of Nitrogen. Found leak coming from the True Capillary Refrigerant Pipe that had rubbed onto the large pipe next to it. Emptied system of Nitrogen and Brazed over Leak spot. Pressure tested system with Nitrogen and monitored for about 10 minutes. Used Leak Bubbles to check area to ensure that it was sealed. Left system with about 240 PSI of Nitrogen. Need to return to rechecked Brazed Area, ensure system is holding pressure, evacuate system to under 500 Microns, and recharge system with 410-A Refrigerant. System came factory charged with 175 oz of 410-A. Test system and add additional Refrigerant as needed due to Lineset length, Charging by Subcooling. Returned to site to co
