Returned to site to install a new Water Heater under warranty. Turned Supply water off to the Water Heater and disconnected Gas Line and Venting. Drained water heater and removed. Installed a new 50 Gallon Bradford White LP Power-vented Water Heater in the Auxiliary Drain Pan. Repiped a section of the Hot and Cold Water Lines. Reconnected Gas Line and used Leak Spray to to ensure their were no leak leaks once the Gas had been restored. Put Water Heater in operation and inspected to ensure proper operation. Recorded new Water Information into System. While onsite was informed that the Air Conditioner was not operating. Found the Thermostat was completely blank and had no power. Found the Wet Switch was tripped. Reset the Wet Switch and put system in operation to test. Inspected unit and found no water in Auxiliary Drain Pan. Allowed System to operate while Water Heater was being installed. Checked unit and found the Pan was filling with water and the attic insulation was wet. Checked
