Went back to bathroom where customer was hearing the vibration noise and could here it but it was just normal compressor noise. Went downstairs in basement and the Lnes where they were feeling the vibration were the refrigerant lines and this is normal when the a/c is running. Loosened one clamp on floor joist to try to help with vibration but don’t see any issues with the a/c system.
