Went over to outdoor unit and first checked to make sure all high voltage wiring was in tact. Installed hard start capacitor, still system did not come on. Compressor was hot from trying to start so cooled down with garden hose. After System trying to start for 20 minutes, hard start capacitor blew open and failed. Compressor is locked tight and will not run at this point. Office will be in touch at this point to move forward with the replacement.
