Homeowner had the codes written down that he had recorded. Looked them up and the cof code which is constant air flow beacause of thermostat being in fan on. Then the tp5 is fan speed code. Checked over gas fitting for gas leaks, no leaks found. Ran furnace several times an could no get it to simulate the sound. Found supply plenum when you flexted it made a loud thud sound, this could have been the sound so added some bracing with s-cleat to brace supply plenum and added two pieces on return plenum to help brace duct. Also found 16x25x1 air filter pretty dirty, this does not help with the duct noise. System is working fine at time of inspection.
