Returned to site to Replace Inducer Assembly and Furnace Control Board. Turned power off to system and disconnected and removed inducer motor assembly and Furnace Control Board. Installed new Board and completed all wiring connections. Installed new Inducer Motor and completed electrical connections. Put system into operation to test. Cycled system multiple times to ensure it was firing properly. Performed a combustion test on system and measured Air Temperatures. Did note that the Vent Pipe is 3†and then reduces down to 2†near the wall penetration. On a 100k BTU Furnace the 3†Vent piping is recommended. Would recommend cutting the vent pipe inside and drilling a large hole and running 3†PVC to the outside termination.
