Arrived to do ac maintenance, checked thermostat for operation, checked temperature split, checked blower motor amp draw, checked blower capacitor amp draw, checked compressor amp draw, checked condenser fan motor amp draw, checked dual capacitor. Found dual capacitor to have failed, 45mfd capacitor reading 13mfd and was unable to give compressor the torque to start and was going off on locked rotor. Replaced dual capacitor under warranty. Checked refrigerant pressures. System is working correctly at this time.
