2 Plan member AC tune ups. Both 20x24x4 filters ok. Checked condensate drains and pumps. Measured temperature rise. Measured static pressure. Checked controls, wiring, electric motors and components. Measured amp draw of electric motors during operation. All coils are in good condition. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Recommended installing ECM surge protectors in each system to protect ECM blower motors. Homeowner agreed. Installed surge protectors. Both systems are operating well at the time of this maintenance.
