Found head pressure climbing system was locked out on high pressure lock out in cooling mode. Sent to replace previous diagnosed indoor txv, pumped down as much as possible, recovered line set and indoor coil refrigerant. Removed txv, installed new txv. Pressure tested at 150 psi. Replaced liquid line filter drier. Evacuated system to 400 microns, held for 5 minutes. Started heat pump, balanced refrigerant charge by sub cooling. Checked operation and temperature drop across coil. To be billed from office. Did not email.
