Performed Quality Assurance on Heat Pump system. Found indoor coil was frozen and unit running in cooling mode with the Electric Heat. Rewired the thermostat and tested system in all heating modes. Tested Defrost on unit. Measured refrigerant charge on system. Reviewed Thermostat settings and change settings from Comfort Mode to 2 Degree Differential and/or 30 Minutes. Reviewed settings with homeowner. Completed checklist form in system.
