Found that there were 2 factory holes in the evaporator coil door. Sealed factory seem with silicone. Went into cool cloud and checked and found heat pump lock out is at 40 degrees. Found that there is a setting in the cool cloud app for when even yo are above the 40 degree threshold, if the heat pump does not achieve the desired set temp within 30 min, the heat pump will shut off and the gas furnace will fire past the threshold timing. Tested this by setting the threshold to 10 min, after the 10 minutes the gas furnace Came on to finish the heating cycle. Set back to 30 min and outdoor temp to 40 degrees.
