Service call that during a home inspection water and rust were found in and around furnace. Spoke with Homeowner about issue and was informed that it was found that the Cap on one of the Vent Pipes had blown off. Found heavy rust inside the Furnace Cabinets. Water was collecting inside the bottom blower Compartment. Found some rust on Gas Valve and Gas Piping which sits directly under the Intake Vent Pipe. Performed a full Heating Inspection on the Furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected Electrical Components and cleaned Drain Lines and Condensation Pump. Inspected Burners and cleaned Flame Sensor. Performed combustion Test on system. Allowed system to run for 15-20 minutes to see if the leak was coming from any other source. After turning furnace off found water leaking out of the bottom of the Collector Box. Removed Inducer Motor and Collector Box. Resealed Collector Box with High Heat Silicone. Reassembled and put system in operation. Monitored system and cycled to ensure
