Installation of Customer Supplied TXV for the Indoor Air Handler. Pump down Refrigerant and remove Indoor TXV. Install new TXV and pressure test system and leak check connections. Evacuate system to below 500 Microns and release refrigerant. Test refrigerant charge and add additional refrigerant as needed. Informed customer that there is no guarantee if the supplied TXV does not work. Office will bill out. Installed new indoor txv, pressure test system at 300 psi for 30 mins ok no leaks, triple evacuation added 4 lbs to bring sub cooling to normal readings, 370/140 with 13 super heat and 9 sub cooling cycle unit ok
