Found thermostat set on 75 degrees and room temperature was 75 degrees. Problem with heat pump is very intermittent. Went up to roof and checked refrigerant pressures at 244/102 very good. Put system threw defrost mode and everything went smoothly. System is working fine, at this point beacause of being intermittent, they are going to just reset at times. System is working fine at time of service.
