Performed Precision AC Tune Up on Amana System. Replaced the High Efficiency 313 Air Filter. Air Filter was very dirty. Inspected Electrical Components and Coil On Air Handler. Cleaned EZ Trap on the Condensation Drain Line. Tested Electrical Components on Outdoor Unit and measured Refrigerant. Due to rain and lower outdoor Temperature, Used Charging Jacket to verify Refrigerant levels. Measured Supply and Return Air Temperatures. System is operating to standards at this time.
