Service call that the AC was not maintaining temperature in the home. Upon arrival, spoke with Mike Defrank about issue. Was informed that the system would run constantly and not maintain temperature. Was also informed that the system was icing up and leaking. Inspected Indoor Coil to ensure it was clear. Turned System on to test Operation. Supply and Return Temperature Differential was only at about 10 Degrees. Measured Refrigerant Pressures and System appeared to be low on Refrigerant. Superheat was at 45 Degrees and the VSAT was below freezing at 27 Degrees. Added a few ounces of Refrigerant and the Pressures immediately increased. Superheat remained high, but did decrease to 30 Degrees. The Temperature Differential was still low between 12-14 Degrees. Checked Fan Speeds and changed Cooling to the Med High Speed on the Fan. After changing the Fan Speed the Temperature Differential increased to about 19-20 Degrees, with the Refrigerant Pressures remaining about the same. It was not
