Performed Quality Assurance on Amana Ac/Air Handler system. Reviewed cool cloud programming settings. Was informed that the Thermostat had gone blank previously and the fuse had been blown. The fuse was replaced and the system was operational again. System was set to Cool at 78 Degree Set Point. Inspected all wiring on system for damage. Inspected Low Voltage Wiring at the Air Handler, thermostat, and outdoor unit. Tested system in Heating and Cooling modes to insure it was operating. The Hydronic system/components for the Air Handlers have been bypassed. The Wiring for the Zone Valves are not connected. Wire nutted any loose/open wires that were on the system. If system shorts and blows the fuse again, please leave unit in a failed state so that we can test the low voltage wiring and trace where the short is coming from.
