Heat tune up. Verified operation of thermostat and cycling of furnace. Cleaned flame sensor, checked blower capacitor, resistance of hot surface ignitor, transformer voltage, amp draw of unit (9.69 amps); all reading within specs. Pressure switch tubing is in good condition. Cleaned line from secondary heat exchanger to pump. Measured 69F temp rise. Combustion test proved furnace is operating at 89% efficiency with good O2 and Co2 percentages, CO of 16 ppm with stack temp of 131F. Filter size 16x20x1 (replaced by employees) the rack for which is located in the room to the left inside middle garage on opposite side of the building.
