Performed tune up on Crown Boiler. Gas pressure 3.5†WC. Combustion test proved integrity of heat exchanger and efficiency. Heat exchanger and flues are clean and in good condition at this time. Taco zoning panel working at this time. Zones 2 and 3 are for 1st floor Apartment. Cast expansion tank in good condition at this time. Zone 1 and 4 are for 2nd floor. All zones are heating well; no signs of air in system. There are no air elimination devices in piping at this time. The boiler drain and one section of the return are showing signs of corrosion (photos provided). System is operating well at the time of this tune up.
