Tune up for 2 Trane Steam (hydronic) coil air handler systems for C Cottage. Steam pressures good for both air handlers. Voltages and amp draw at disconnects good. Both coils are in good condition. 58 and 55 degree temperature rises for Units 1 and 2 respectively. Found One conductor for blower motor of unit 1 severed. Repaired. I left a voice mail on Mike DeFranks phone notifying him about the price of the repair $69.08. We will return with belts ((2) A40/4L420) [$147.53 ea.]and filters ((4) 20x25x2) [51.29 ea] to complete this tune up. Returned to site to replace Belts and Filters. Replaced Belt on Air Handler #2. Adjusted motor positioning and tested belt tension. Put unit in operation and measured a 132 Supply temperature with a 74 degree return temperature. Could not replace belt for unit #1 due to the belt not being the correct fit. Adjusted motor positioning to accommodate the new Belt but could not position motor to fit the belt properly. Unit is running but, we will return t
