Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on System. Replaced 14x24x1 Air Filter. Cleaned and tested operation of Humidifier. Set Humidifier Control to 35% and opened Damper. While testing system, found Hot Surface Ignitor was very worn and brittle. Replaced Ignitor and tested operation. Found the Cap Fitting on the Gas Line Drip Leg was not sealed and leaking gas. Also found a gas leak at the Fitting of the Inlet of the Gas Valve. Turned Gas off to the Furnace and removed Gas Pipe. Repaired leaking fittings and reassembled. Turned Gas Back on to the Furnace and retested Fittings to ensure they were not leaking. There is a lot of Corrosion present on the Furnace Flue Pipe. Would recommend replacement of the Flue a Pipe. Also spoke with Homeowner about issues with the AirFlow on the second Floor Zone. Tested Damper to ensure it was opening and closing properly. The Registers in the Master Bedroom are not producing a lot of Air Flow. This appears to be more of a concern in the Summer/AC time.
