Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Gas Fired York Furnace. Replaced 14x24x1 Air Filter. Cleaned and serviced Humidifier. Tested operation of Humidifier and set control to 35%. Inspected Burners and Heat Exchanger on Furnace. Inspected Electrical Components. Blower Motor Capacitor is testing within rating, but is at its lowest recommended rating. The Blower Capacitor was replaced about 3 Years ago. This could b indicating that the Blower Motor is working harder to operate and is wearing. Cleaned Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Put system in operation and performed Combustion Analysis on system. System is operating, but do to age and overall condition, would recommend replacement of the Gas Furnace and upgrading the zone panels and zone dampers at the same time before any issue occur with the Furnace.
