Performed Precision Heating Tune Up/Inspection on Amana Gas Furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected electrical components and downloaded update to control board. Inspected Burners and Heat Exchanger. Put system in operation and tested in Low Stage Heat and High Stage Heat. Measured Gas Pressures in each Heat Stage and performed Combustion Analysis. Measured Supply and return air temperatures. System operating within manufacturer standards upon completion. Visually inspected Water Heater and performed Combustion Analysis on Water Heater. Found no signs of water leakage at this time. Water Heater is 10 Years old. Will follow up with estimate for the replacement of the water heater. Completed Inspection Form and returned Form to Main Office upon completion.
