Performed Precision Heating Tune Up and Inspection on Gas Furnace. Replaced 14x20x1 Air Filter. Inspected and tested electrical components on furnace. Cleaned Flame Sensor and Spark Ignitor. Inspected Burners and Heat Exchanger Chambers. Cleaned Pressure switch tubing and exercised switch. Leak tested Gas Fittings directly at the Gas Furnace and directly at the Hot Water Heater. Inspected Water Heater for signs of water leakage. Performed a Combustion Test on Gas Furnace and Water Heater. Combustion readings were normal for both the Water Heater and Gas Furnace at this time. Completed Association Inspection Form and dropped form of at main office.
