Performed Precision AC Tune Up on system. Replaced the 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected Indoor and Outdoor Coils to ensure they were clean and in good condition. Cleaned EZ Trap and blew through Drain Pipe. Inspected Electrical Components on System. The Dual Capacitor which the Compressor and Outdoor Fan Motor utilize is testing within rating but is starting to get close to the lower end of its rating on the Compressor Side. The Capacitor is rated for 35/5 Mfd and is testing at 33.5/5.0 Mfd. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system and recorded Supply and Return Air Temperatures. System is operating within standards at this time. Average life for these systems is between 8-12 Years. This unit is about 10 Years old. Would recommend begin planning/saving for replacement of the system in the future.
