Performed PECO Audit/AC Tune Up on Trane Heat Pump System. Replaced the 20x20x1 Air Filter. Cleaned Out Condensation Drain from Access point. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge and Supply/Return Air Temperatures. Refrigerant Superheat and Subcooling Levels were not within range, indicating the system may be slightly low on Refrigerant. System is cooling with a 20 Degree Supply/Return Air Differential but may be less inefficient due to the Refrigerant levels being not completely within standard.
